From 26th October to 30th October 2009 in city Kyustendil, Bulgaria was conducted the first meeting of the project "Folkore - the european intercultural link" . Teachers from Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Italy and Turkey met each other to discuss the activities of the project.
Dance group "Partniori" introduced to our guests the richness of the bulgarian folkore.
The teachers visited ODZ "Slantse" where they exchanged experience with the bulgarian collegues.The children introduced bulgarian dances called "hora" and traditional songs.
The participants of the project met with the major of the city who greeted the teachers " In the world there are no borthers there are only love and culture! "
The teachers visited Rila Monastery.
They also have visited the cultural landmarks of Kyustendil, gallery " Vladimir Dimitrov - The Master" and have seen the traditional bulgarian costumes.
Especially for the guest dance group have introduced tradition "Kukeri"
The work has been reflected from all medias in the city.
